Edge93 is a football intelligence platform operated by Perform93 Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you use edge93.com.

We use your data to: provide and personalise the service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (receipts, alerts); improve model accuracy and product features; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to profile you for advertising.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. Optional product analytics is retained according to our processor settings and can be stopped at any time by withdrawing consent below.

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. Submit requests to support@edge93.com.

We use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, hosting and product data; RevenueCat and Stripe for subscriptions and payments; PostHog for consented product analytics; and Sentry for essential anonymous error diagnostics. Each processor is governed by an appropriate data processing agreement.

Data is transmitted over TLS. Authentication tokens are stored in secure HTTP-only cookies. We conduct periodic security reviews. No system is impenetrable; if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Edge93 after that date constitutes acceptance.

By accessing or using Edge93 you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information is legal.

Edge93 provides statistical analysis, model probabilities and informational content relating to football matches. Nothing on Edge93 constitutes financial or betting advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance of any signal or model is not indicative of future results.

Paid plans are billed in advance through the purchase provider shown at checkout, including RevenueCat and Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Anonymous visitors can browse the first five prematch fixtures and their permitted mini analysis. Logged-in Free accounts can browse the full prematch list and open the fixture analysis siderail, while Live Intelligence is reserved for Pro. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

You may not: scrape, copy or redistribute content without written permission; use the service to build a competing product; attempt to reverse-engineer our models; share account credentials; or circumvent access controls. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

All content, models, algorithms, trademarks and design elements are owned by Perform93 Ltd or licensed to us. No licence to reproduce or distribute any content is granted except as expressly stated.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data. We are not responsible for any betting decisions you make or any financial losses you incur. Gambling involves risk; bet responsibly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perform93 Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
