Public website hosting notice — 14 September 2026

The public homepage and blog are prepared for delivery through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit a Cloudflare-hosted copy, Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses and request/device information, to deliver and protect the pages.

This static website does not initialize Edge93 account, payment, product-analytics, notification or error-monitoring services. Application services remain paused. We do not enable optional analytics, advertising or bot-management integrations in this public package. Infrastructure security processing is separate from application tracking.

Cloudflare describes its processing and feature-dependent security cookies in its data processing addendum and cookie information. This notice does not promise an EU-only processing location, a fixed infrastructure retention period or that every hosting response is cookie-free.

For public-site privacy questions, support or an email opt-out request, contact contact@edge93.com. Sending an opt-out request is not an automated confirmation of removal. The original application policies, their 13 July 2026 date and their advance-notice commitment remain unchanged below.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Edge93 is a football intelligence platform operated by Perform93 Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you use edge93.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email address, display name and encrypted password (if you register directly).
Authentication data: OAuth tokens if you sign in via Google or another provider.
Optional usage data: pages visited, features used and timestamps, collected only after analytics consent and linked to a pseudonymous user ID.
Essential error data: anonymous technical diagnostics with request bodies, account email, authentication tokens and session replay removed.
Payment data: billing identity and subscription status processed by RevenueCat and Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and personalise the service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (receipts, alerts); improve model accuracy and product features; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to profile you for advertising.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. Optional product analytics is retained according to our processor settings and can be stopped at any time by withdrawing consent below.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing. Submit requests to support@edge93.com.

6. Third-party processors

We use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, hosting and product data; RevenueCat and Stripe for subscriptions and payments; PostHog for consented product analytics; and Sentry for essential anonymous error diagnostics. Each processor is governed by an appropriate data processing agreement.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS. Authentication tokens are stored in secure HTTP-only cookies. We conduct periodic security reviews. No system is impenetrable; if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Changes

We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Edge93 after that date constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Edge93 you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information is legal.

2. The service

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance of any signal or model is not indicative of future results.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Free tier

Anonymous visitors can browse the first five prematch fixtures and their permitted mini analysis. Logged-in Free accounts can browse the full prematch list and open the fixture analysis siderail, while Live Intelligence is reserved for Pro. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape, copy or redistribute content without written permission; use the service to build a competing product; attempt to reverse-engineer our models; share account credentials; or circumvent access controls. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Intellectual property

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data. We are not responsible for any betting decisions you make or any financial losses you incur. Gambling involves risk; bet responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perform93 Ltd's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Responsible gambling

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help at BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 (UK, free, 24/7).

Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

2. Cookies we use

Name	Type	Purpose	Duration
__session	Strictly necessary	Firebase authentication session	Session
edge93_prefs	Functional	Stores UI preferences (theme, window size)	1 year
edge93.analytics_consent.v1	Functional	Stores your versioned analytics preference	Until changed
_ga, _gid	Analytics	Google Analytics, only after consent	Provider controlled
ph_*	Analytics	PostHog product analytics, only after consent	Provider controlled
stripe_mid	Strictly necessary	Stripe payment fraud prevention	1 year
__cf_bm	Strictly necessary	Cloudflare bot management	30 min

3. Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent authentication from working. Optional analytics remains off until you explicitly allow it. Use the preference below to allow or withdraw analytics at any time. Withdrawal stops capture and clears the current analytics identity.

Analytics is not enabled on this public website. There is no analytics preference to activate here. The retained policy also describes the separate application.

4. Do Not Track

Optional analytics starts only after you opt in. We honour browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; when either is enabled, PostHog and analytics cookies remain disabled. Essential anonymous error reporting may still run without session replay, account email, request bodies or authentication data.

5. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use. Check back periodically or contact us at support@edge93.com.
